This was the largest disaster. the windowless room made me feel trapped. Despite my concerns, management refused to refund any of my payment after I left within 30 minutes.

A breathtaking rooftop escape
I spent evenings on the rooftop oasis, mesmerized by the golden sunsets. The staff’s warmth wrapped around me like a hug, making every moment special.
However, the room was too snug for comfort. I found myself dodging my luggage just to navigate! Thankfully, I traveled solo, or it could have been tricky.

Loved heading up to the nearby cultural spots and relaxing at the local café. The vibes were great, and the whole place had a charming design. Just a heads up, the rooftop bar might not be open, so plan accordingly!
Unfortunately, the rooftop terrace bar was closed during our stay, which was a letdown since we were looking forward to enjoying the view up there.

Great Location with Friendly Staff
I spent 2 nights in a Deluxe Double Room and was pleasantly surprised by the staff's friendliness and helpfulness, which made my stay enjoyable. The room was nicely appointed, featuring good AC and a comfy ambiance. The prime location allowed easy access to local attractions, enhancing my overall experience. However, I did find the hotel to be a bit smaller than expected based on photos.
